Anonymous: somehow describe the pain of piercing your nipples?

Hmm. How to go about this…

Well, I won’t lie, you probably need quite a high pain threshold to do this. I’m guessing some people feel differently on the matter but it hurt for me. What probably stopped me from halting the procedure after I got one nipple done was the both the fact that I thought only having one done would be weird and two, I have to sit through five days worth of menstrual cramps normally so a dozen more seconds should be fine.

Basically it feels sort of like stubbing your toe, like when you kick it into the wall or something; that sharp jolt of pain, but slightly prolonged and then there’s a weird sensation that shoots through your body - it isn’t pain exactly… It’s just weird, I don’t know how to explain that part really.

To put it short though, it’s like stubbing your toe. That’s the best description I can give, sorry!

My best friends for the next week and a half, until I feel like I can start having soups more often or at all.

Today I had my tongue and nipples pierced. I will not be taking a picture of my nipples and posting it online because as clichéd or conservative as this sounds, my breasts are for my partner to see and my partner only.

Right now my tongue is relatively swollen and sore whereas my nipples are quite fine despite the small tinges of discomfort here and there.

The first of a few piercings.

Dreams, Dreams, Dreams - 4th of May, 2012

Everyone has dreams don’t they? Financially, personally and materialistically. Perhaps I’m looking too far forward, perhaps I’m dreaming too much or perhaps this will be a reality of the next five to fifteen years. All I know, is that attaining the following would be a great feat and quite, if not, amazing.

A studio house - yes, you read correctly - a studio house where it is solely a place to create and work. A room I can mess up with paints and other art supplies; a study for the paper, pens and pencils; a studio room for photography; and a room for fashion. There could be hammocks, a lounge and other chairs to make the place comfortable if there are any all-night works to be done. It would be fabulous - the energy vital for creativity.

I would like an RV - road trips around Australia would be a wonderful experience without the worry of hotel expenses. Just petrol and food. Stop almost anywhere and still be very comfortable. Admiring nature and it’s beauty. Fresh air and no fuss.

A country estate - the perfect getaway from all the busy things we’re stuck with day-to-day. Maybe even a small farm to nurture and manage would be nice. Pricy with lots of work involved, but different.

The ultimate plan, a nice house in the suburbs to settle down in and have children. At least that’s definitely doable without the big expenses. Yes.
